Charter of the Digigraphe laboratory
Technical commitment
The use of the term Digigraphie® refers exclusively to a print produced :
- With an Epson Stylus Pro professional printer
- With Epson UltraChromeTM inks
- On certified paper
- Authenticated: numbered, signed by the artist, marked with the embossed imprint of the laboratory and accompanied by its certificate.
If one of these four obligations is not met, the printed work cannot, under any circumstances, be qualified as Digigraphie®. This rigorous qualification is a guarantee, for you and your customers, of the fidelity and durability of the work reproduced.
Moral commitment
The laboratory undertakes, within the framework of the use of the Digigraphie® label, to produce exclusively works in limited series. The notion of limited series is defined by three criteria freely determined by the Artist:
- The number of prints reproduced
- The format of the reproduction of the work
- The medium on which it is printed.
If the printer, paper or format changes for a given series, a new series must be created. The laboratory undertakes not to exceed the number of prints determined, as indicated on the Digigraphy certificate given to each purchaser of a work.
If these commitments are not respected, Epson reserves the right to withdraw the laboratory's embossing forceps as well as its listing as a Digigraphe. For its part, the Digigraphe laboratory may withdraw from this charter without prior notice and without any particular reason, but must inform Epson France beforehand.
Who is the digigraphy for?

Digigraphy for Artists
Digigraphie® is the modern, computerised version of lithography, but without the constraint of printing everything at once. It is indeed possible to produce Digigraphies as and when required, with an identical colorimetric guarantee between the original and all the reproductions.
With no investment in equipment or stock, this technique allows you to expand your creative assets at a lower cost.

Digigraphy for Photographers
With Digigraphie® you get an exceptional print. The high-tech tools of Digigraphie® are capable of raising the image definition to 2880 dpi.
Digigraphie® thus reproduces the most subtle of tone-on-tone and light nuances, on certified high-end art paper. The choice of paper supports is wide and the result is optimal. Our tools allow us to offer you large format prints, up to 100 x 140 cm.

Digigraphy for Museums
Digigraphie® is a label that applies to artists' works. You can offer visitors to your museum reproductions of works on display as part of your photographic collection. The works printed on art paper are numbered and stamped, thus offering a real guarantee to your visitors.
Digigraphie® is a valuable alternative to the single work of art and the large print poster, an opportunity to increase sales in your shop.
Also think about education by offering travelling exhibitions to the public. You enhance the value of your museum's heritage by making its collection known.
